Hey Solos,
I’m a woman in her early 50’s who is a solopreneur trying to figure out how to create a sane solo work environment that moves my body, mind and soul.
In this newsletter and it’s accompanying podcast I’ll be sharing thoughts, movements and more that help me. I’m clearly NOT a doctor, mental health or nutrition expert and as such are not claiming that these experiences are ones you should do yourself.
In posting these experiences/experiments I hope to encourage you to find ways to make your solo worklife more enjoyable. Working solo doesn’t mean we have to be stagnant, right?
Let’s get started!
Podcast episode 4: Playful movement
I'll move around once I've finished this task. But the tasks never end, right?
We need to work on moving more. I'm not talking about exercise but playful, releasing body movements. These can be simple and quick but we need to get our brain ready for stopping work to do them. This episode is your permission slip to break away, oh so briefly, for much needed movement.

So get out your seat and jump around.”-House of Pain, 1992
